Eco Project

This venture comes with the most unique and best built structure in Bocas del Toro, Panama.  The project was developed and completed by a Panamanian Corporation that was formed in order to manage, facilitate and comply with all local construction requirements, building permits, local labor laws, etc. This Corporate status will ensure a smooth transition during the purchase of this project by another Company, Corporation or individual.

The project is located on the mainland alongside the Tierra Oscura village and has the potential to become a range of business ventures including, but not limited to, a school, restaurant, marina, resort, church, scientific research centre or just a magnificent residential home.

Government funding is in place for a new road linking the village of Tierra Oscura with the main highway that runs from the town of Almirante to the city of David. This new highway will also include access to electricity and water. When complete, this road will substantially increase the value of the property and structure.

All of the required Panamanian legal documents for this project are available for review, including current survey, building permits,  closing documents, property registration papers, boundary release documents, etc. Additionally, the company has the required  Occupancy Permit (OP) from the local municipal engineering office, thus concluding all of the necessary documents required by Panama law allowing the structure to be legally occupied.
