The Property Owners House and Bodega

The owners home is an authentic thatched roof house to the front of the center lot.  It includes a large entertainment dock and is built over two floors with bedroom and living room upstairs and large bedroom, kids playroom, kitchen and bathroom downstairs.  This building can either be used as a private residence or it would make an excellent bar / restaurant location.
